Return Policy

1. All Kit Sales Are Final

Every EveryTripMatters kit is assembled by hand, tailored to your destination, travel dates, and party size. Because each kit is custom-curated and packed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. All kit sales are final.

We appreciate your understanding — the care we put into sourcing and assembling each kit is what makes it ready to grab and go. For the same reason, we ask that you double-check your trip details (destination, departure date, and number of travelers) before completing your order.

2. Missing or Damaged Items — We'll Make It Right

While we pack and verify every kit by hand, mistakes can happen. If your kit arrives missing an item that should have been included, or if an item arrives damaged, you may submit a claim for a credit.

• Submit your claim within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@everytripmatters.net with your order number.
• Include a brief description of what was missing or damaged — photos help us resolve your claim faster.
• Once we verify your claim, we'll issue a credit toward a future kit or arrange a replacement of the missing item, at our discretion.

3. Over-the-Counter Products

Over-the-counter medications and health products in your kit ship sealed in their original packaging with Drug Facts labels intact. Because of safety regulations, these items cannot be returned or resold under any circumstances — another reason all kit sales are final.

4. Delivery Issues

If your kit hasn't arrived by your delivery window, or it was delivered to the wrong address, contact us right away at support@everytripmatters.net. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package and make sure you have your kit before you travel.
